We're looking for a nurturing, energetic, and creative educator to join our team as a Lead Teacher for our 2-Year-Old Classroom! About the
Role:
As our toddler teacher, you'll guide curious two-year-olds through their exciting early milestones - supporting training, building language skills, encouraging independence, and creating a classroom where learning feels like play.
What You'll Do:
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities aligned with developmental milestones. Foster a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment. Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families. Collaborate with a teaching team and center leadership. Ensure daily routines run smoothly (snack time, naps, diapering/potty training, etc.).
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with toddlers in a licensed child care setting. A patient, playful, and dependable personality. Understanding of child development and positive behavior guidance. CDA or equivalent early childhood credential preferred.
