Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Commerce Township learning center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this on-site role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth, and maintain an organized, welcoming classroom. You'll partner closely with families, collaborate with a supportive team, and uphold all health and safety standards. Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with early learning standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment for young children. Build positive, professional relationships with families through daily communication. Observe and document children's developmental progress and behaviors. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with center staff to uphold Kinder Care policies and program quality. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Assist with classroom routines including meals, rest time, and transitions. Promote an inclusive, nurturing culture that reflects Kinder Care's values.
