ACCOUNT COORDINATOR CAG
Brands | Walled Lake, Michigan You'll start by working alongside CAG Brands' key account sales team
  • learning the promotional products and branding business, supporting existing client programs, and assisting with projects while developing your knowledge of products, suppliers, systems, and clients.
As you learn the business, you will gradually take on more inside sales, client development, and account management responsibilities , with the goal of moving into an Account Executive/Sales role. We'll teach you the business. You bring the drive, curiosity, and desire to succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support Key Account Sales Work closely with key account salespeople to support their clients and programs. Help prepare proposals, presentations, product ideas, samples, and client materials. Research products and suppliers to find creative solutions for clients. Help manage projects and ensure that they are on schedule. Coordinate with suppliers and internal team members to make sure every detail is handled. Help ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time. Develop Sales Skills Communicate with current and prospective clients. Help identify opportunities to grow existing client programs. Learn how to ask questions, uncover client needs, and recommend solutions. Determine which new product offerings should be shown to specific clients. Become an Expert in Your Role Develop a strong understanding of the branding process including decoration techniques, materials, fabrics, and capabilities. Learn CAG Brands' consultative approach to selling. Build strong product and supplier knowledge. Take ownership of projects and see them through to completion. Become the person the team can rely on to know the details, solve problems, and get things done. Look for ways to improve processes and make the client experience better.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider the right candidate. Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus, but not required. Promotional products experience is not required .

You don't need to know the promotional products business when you start. We will teach you.
