Job Description

Small Wonders Early Learning Center is looking for an energetic, warm and friendly individual for a full-time Lead Teacher position for our Infant/Toddlers! The ages of the children are 12-18 months old. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Applicants must be able to work a 9 hour shift with a 1 hour lunch break or 10 hours - 4 days per week. Benefits include paid training hours, paid holidays and paid vacation days/PTO. Upon hire applicant must be willing to obtain CPR and first aid training and continue professional growth through education trainings on child development topics yearly. Background check and fingerprinting through the State of Michigan will be completed prior to job offer. CDA or Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred. If not, at least 12 semester hours (must have 3 credits in infant/toddler) in early childhood can be accepted with experience working in a classroom. Must be experienced in writing lesson plans and must be comfortable speaking to parents on a daily basis. Applicants please respond to this ad and include your resume.
