Job Description
KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our West Bloomfield learning center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children learn and grow through play-based and structured activities. You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional and cognitive development, and maintain strong communication with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and learning progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily activities. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured and play-based activities. Collaborate with center staff to implement curriculum and center initiatives. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in professional development and ongoing training.
