Job Description
Responsibilities/Qualifications Join our team at Cranberry Park Senior Living Facility in West Bloomfield as a Caregiver. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our valued residents. If you have experience administering medications and have a passion for working with the elderly in a welcoming environment with competitive pay rates, we have the perfect position for you! You will also attend a thorough orientation and training to excel in your role. As a Caregiver you will be in charge of: Providing assistance to residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking Ensuring the cleanliness of the environment which may involve light housekeeping duties Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures Monitoring for changes in residents' conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the supervisor Following schedule, assisting residents with repositioning Adhering to procedures regarding documenting of medications accurately Utilize good judgment in providing client care and ensuring their safety Assisting other team members with their duties as necessary Responding to call lights and assess residents' needs promptly Obtain meal trays and assist with eating Other duties as assigned by supervisor Benefits we can provide you:
