You will be cultivating a classroom experience to meet each toddler's collective and individual needs. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you must love connecting with children and creating an engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
Create lessons plans and follow a child led curriculum Assist toddlers with developing social and emotional skills Communicate with parents and other school personnel Assess students' skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones
Qualifications :
Associates degree, Bachelor's degree, or a CDA Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Problem solving and mediation skills
