About us Celebration Academy is a small non-profit business in Lakeville, MN. We are fun, fast-paced, and professional. We are looking for a float support teacher.

We help children reach their fullest potential in a safe, fun, and interactive school environment that fosters emotional, physical, and intellectual development. We are looking to add to our team of teaching staff in our infants, toddlers, preschool, or Pre-K communities! As a float teacher in our classrooms, you will be able to do the work that really matters... make a difference in the lives of children daily. - Help implement the curriculum
- Create a warm and caring classroom environment that supports each child's growth.
- Encourage and assist in positive social interactions.
- Help with light cleaning duties.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance, attitude, and work behavior at all times.
- Display good time management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and team spirit
Job Type:
Full-Time 7:00 am-1:00 pm (30-35 hours/week) We are family-focused, family-driven, and family-led! Our pay is very competitive, and our team is unsurpassed. A fun, positive environment is a daily occurrence with regular staff appreciation events, staff meetings, and socials. The position is available immediately, and priority is given to those with at least one year of current experience. Experience in childcare is a plus as well.Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
