Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess children's progress and document developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom events. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and initiatives. Implement behavior guidance strategies that support social-emotional learning. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
