Your responsibilities will include:

Providing attentive, responsive, and nurturing care throughout the day Building secure, trusting relationships with infants through consistent and positive interactions Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning experiences Supporting infant development through tummy time, sensory play, music, books, movement, and hands-on exploration Following each child's individual feeding, sleeping, and care routines Providing hands-on care, including bottle feeding, diapering, soothing, and supporting healthy sleep routines Observing children's development and documenting milestones and progress Creating and maintaining consistent classroom routines Using positive guidance and developmentally appropriate practices Communicating regularly and professionally with families about their child's day, development, and needs Partnering with Assistant Teachers and Aides to create a strong, consistent classroom team Maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment Ensuring children's health and safety through active supervision and proper classroom procedures Following ECA policies and all applicable Minnesota licensing, health, and safety requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is nurturing, patient, dependable, organized, and genuinely loves working with babies. Qualifications include:

Ability to meet Minnesota licensing requirements for a Teacher Previous experience working with infants or young children preferred Education in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred Understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to confidently lead classroom routines and work collaboratively with other classroom staff Dependability and consistent attendance CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification Ability to successfully complete all required background checks and training Pay Competitive pay based on education, qualifications, and relevant experience.
