We will respond to your application within one business day. Our client is looking for fun and energetic Lead Teachers to join their premier preschool in St. Louis Park, MN . The ideal candidate must be willing to work with students 6 weeks to 4 years old; as well as be comfortable diapering and toilet training. This is a Direct Hire position with the school Full-Time; Monday - Friday; year-round employment
Open Positions Lead Infant Teacher:
working with children 6 weeks to 1 years old
Lead Toddler Teacher:
working with children 16 months to 2 years old
Lead Preschool Teacher:
working with children 3 to 4 years old
Salary Lead Teachers:
$21.00 - $23.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience Benefits 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Health Insurance Child-Enrollment Discount Professional Development Opportunities Job Responsibilities Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities Maintain a clean and organized classroom Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns Plan, create and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum Maintain educational portfolios for each child Qualifications
REQUIRED
Education:
Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification or a completed degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
REQUIRED
Experience:
1 year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility Must be at least 18 years old Must meet background check eligibility Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
