Child Watch Staff Part-time

1. Work in a team environment and encourages open communication with children, parents and co-workers. 2. Ensure the health and safety of all children in the Child Watch area and Kids Gym at all times. Be engaged with the children at all times. 3. Initiate, engage, and maintain positive relationships with children and parents and be comfortable with children & responsive to parent input & concerns. 4. Keep a consistent headcount on all children. 5. Light housekeeping duties in order to ensure the cleanliness of the Child Watch area. 6. Assume other duties, responsibilities and projects identified as needed by the employee and approved and/or assigned by supervisor.LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum age of 18
CPR/AED/BFA
certification within first 30 days of employment.- Additional trainings as required by the position.
