Hours are 12 to 630. Additional hours may be available for those who show they have reliable attendance. Experience working in a center is a plus. All major holidays off and no weekends or nights. Must be able to pass a background check, have a high school diploma or GED, and be 18 years of age. Native Spanish speaker is a plus. Professional demeanor, reliable transportation (no UBER), and punctuality are a must. Can you interact with preschool children as well as their families? You should be familiar with state childcare regulations and developmental milestones; Montessori experience and Conscious Discipline training are not required but willingness to train in all areas is expected. Free childcare for children who have Missouri state childcare subsidy/assistance. Tuition Assistance may be possible for children not receiving state assistance.
