Want nights and weekends off? Blue Springs Day School is looking for individuals who love working with children and want to make a difference in their young lives. Our ideal candidate must be caring, loving, organized, have good communication skills, and be dependable. Experience is preferred, but not required. We will train you to love early childhood education. Salary is determined based on the individual's education and experience in the field. Applicants will need to have a strong passion for working with children, have strong communication skills, able to multi-task, willing to learn, be flexible and work in a team driven environment.
Responsibilities :
Write and prepare weekly lesson plans using a pre-written curriculum provided by the Center Director. Must be able to deliver the curriculum using developmentally appropriate practices. Provide a positive classroom environment. Lovingly attend to children's daily needs.
Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent Must be able to easily transition from floor to table activities with ease frequently throughout the day. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. Must be able to pass a Level II background screening. Must be available to work any time between 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Mondays-Fridays.
