Great Beginnings Daycare and Preschool, a well-established Child Care Center in Cottleville, is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. We cater to children aged 6 weeks through 12 years, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for their growth and development. The hours for this poistion are Monday

• Friday 8:30 am
• 5:30 pm.

Duties:

• Plan and execute engaging educational activities tailored to meet the needs of children in various age groups
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a positive learning atmosphere
• Provide personalized support to students to ensure their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance the overall learning experience
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field a plus; Associates Degree or relevant work experience will be considered
• Experience in Childcare, Special Education, or related fields is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Knowledge of educational principles and practices for different age groups
