Rooms Afterschool ages 5 to 12 years of age. Must be 18 years of age.

Hours range from:

2:30 pm - 6 pm. Part-time. Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills for children in the daycare setting Supervise children during playtime, meals, nap times, and educational activities to ensure safety and well-being Support children's emotional development through positive behavior management and encouragement Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about children's progress, needs, and daily experiences Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic infant care as needed for younger children Follow all licensing regulations and daycare policies to ensure compliance and safety at all times Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific needs for infants through preschoolers Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings Proficiency in classroom management techniques that foster positive behavior and engagement Ability to perform first aid and CPR to respond confidently in emergency situations Knowledge of special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and connect with families Compassionate caregiving skills combined with patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for early childhood education Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels growth!
