Full Time Preschool Classroom Teacher

Position Summary We are seeking a talented, motivated person to join our staff as a Preschool Classroom Teacher. The Preschool Classroom Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. This position focuses on supporting early childhood development through play-based, hands-on learning experiences that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with early learning standards Foster early literacy, numeracy, and language development Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Establish consistent routines and procedures Promote positive behavior through proactive classroom management strategies Create a structured, engaging classroom environment that supports exploration and play Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education (required) Valid teaching certification or can obtain by August 2026 (required) Knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills Preferred Skills & Attributes Compassionate and empathetic Experience with curriculum planning and assessment Classroom management expertise Comfort using educational technology Collaborative and reflective teaching approach
