You'll spend your days singing songs, reading board books, tummy-time cheering, and being the reason a baby's whole face lights up when you walk in the room. What You'll Do
- Provide loving, responsive care to infants in a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support early development (sensory play, music, movement, and more!)
- Track feeding, sleeping, and diapering schedules and communicate warmly with parents every day
- Create a cozy, home-like atmosphere where babies feel secure and loved
- Partner with fellow teachers to keep our classroom running smoothly and joyfully
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines with care and consistency What We're Looking For
- A genuine love for infants and a nurturing, patient personality
- Experience in infant care or early childhood education preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Meets state licensing requirements for child care providers
- Reliable, energetic, and a team player who brings positive vibes every day
