Lead Toddler Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves engaging with children in a variety of activities that promote learning through play, exploration, and discovery. The Toddler Teacher will work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure each child's needs are met. Responsibilities Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children. Facilitate engaging activities that encourage children's curiosity and creativity. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies. Ensure the health and safety of all children by adhering to first aid protocols and maintaining a clean environment. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Skills Strong background in caregiving or babysitting experience is essential. Knowledge of preschool education principles, including early childhood education practices. Experience in daycare settings or working with infants is preferred. Ability to educate young children effectively while fostering a love for learning. Proficient in first aid techniques to ensure children's safety at all times. Excellent behavior management skills to create a positive classroom atmosphere. Patience, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships with children and families.
