As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing engaging curricula that promote literacy, math skills, and overall child development. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that meet the developmental needs of preschool children. Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students. Educate children in foundational literacy and math concepts through interactive lessons and hands-on activities. Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning experiences. Assess student progress through standardized testing and informal evaluations to tailor instruction effectively. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across the preschool program. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to promote an optimal learning environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Strong skills in curriculum development and classroom management. Familiarity with literacy education practices and early childhood development principles. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate math concepts into daily activities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
