Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! Your energetic approach and attention to detail will support various administrative functions, enhance communication, and contribute to a positive work environment. Must have a Class D driver's license Duties Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings using productivity software and calendar tools Perform data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets and databases, maintaining organized filing systems for easy retrieval. Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing general office upkeep. Support client communication by preparing correspondence, proofreading documents, and ensuring clear and professional word processing. Utilize computer skills to handle administrative tasks including document creation, editing, and formatting using Microsoft Office applications Requirements Proven clerical experience with strong office management skills and familiarity with office procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with excellent typing and proofreading abilities Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is highly desirable for handling basic financial tasks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Excellent communication skills Technical proficiency with spreadsheets, data entry, filing systems, and general computer literacy Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines consistently
