At Son Seekers, we're building something meaningful. We are a Christ-centered, high-energy after school and summer camp program serving school-age children in the Pearl/Brandon and Reservoir areas. What you'll love: No nights or weekends Consistent weekday afternoon schedule Works well with most college class schedules Strong team culture Ongoing training and mentorship Opportunity for performance-based raises A role that truly impacts kids' lives What You'll Do As a Group Leader, you will: Lead and supervise a group of school-age children Create a positive, high-energy environment Help with homework support and structured activities Model strong character and leadership Maintain a safe and organized classroom space Communicate professionally with staff and families This role requires energy, initiative, and leadership. We are not looking for passive babysitters — we are looking for role models.

What We're Looking For Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Available Monday-Friday, 1:00-6:00 PM Strong alignment with our Christ-centered mission (required)

Preferred:

1+ year of childcare experience CPR / First Aid certification We are a Christ-centered team made up of Christ-centered staff members. A genuine relationship with Christ and alignment with our mission is required. Training & Support We believe in preparing our team well.
