Toddler Teacher

We're Hiring:

Toddler Teacher Panthers Den Learning Center is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team! If you have a passion for helping young children learn and grow in a loving, Christian-based environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Supervise children at all times while maintaining proper classroom ratios. Assist with diapering, potty training, meals, and daily routines. Communicate professionally with parents about their child's day and progress. Keep the classroom clean, organized, and in compliance with Mississippi childcare regulations. Work as part of a team to provide the best care possible for every child.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Childcare experience is preferred but not required. CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Must be dependable, patient, organized, and have a positive attitude. Must pass all required background checks.
