Duties Lead engaging and developmentally appropriate activities tailored to toddlers and infants, promoting curiosity and learning. Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence. Monitor children's behavior, providing positive guidance and implementing effective behavior management strategies. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences to foster strong partnerships. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and mandated reporting laws. Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements aligned with early childhood education standards. Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure their safety at all times. Skills Proven experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or classroom settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and infant/toddler care best practices. Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and knowledge of mandated reporting laws. Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to guide behavior positively. Effective communication skills for parent interactions and team collaboration. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining patience and compassion. Pay:

$20,000.00 - $26,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
