In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants and toddlers. Your primary focus will be fostering developmental growth through engaging activities, personalized care, and effective communication with both children and their families. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants and one-year-old children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid, CPR, and mandated reporting laws. Document progress and daily routines to track each child's growth effectively. Qualifications We will pay for Certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid training. We will pay for all trainings. Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, empathy, and communication abilities. Ability to follow safety regulations diligently while creating a warm, engaging environment for young children.
