Early Childhood Classroom Support 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Culbertson Hall, Bozeman, MT 59717 $21.50 an hour Montana State University 311 reviews $21.50 an hour The Early Childhood Classroom Support Specialist will provide on-site support to the MSU Early Learning Center programs, including the ASMSU Early Learning Center and the MSU Child Development Center. The programs provide nurturing, supportive, developmentally appropriate care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in playful, responsive, and inclusive learning environments that help all children and their families thrive. As the laboratory and field experience sites for undergraduate, graduate, and faculty learning and engagement, the MSU Early Learning Center programs are a model of excellence in early childhood education. Under the direction of the Early Learning Center Program Manager, the Early Childhood Classroom Support Specialist will provide classroom coverage for teacher absences, maintain and update teacher and student aide schedules, coordinate onboarding of new staff, and maintain staff files for childcare licensing annual review and renewal. Duties and Responsibilities Provide daily site support to the ASMSU Early Learning Center and MSU Child Development Center, including classroom coverage for teacher absences. Maintain and update teacher and student aide schedules. Coordinate onboarding of new staff, including staff training. Maintain staff files for childcare licensing annual review and renewal.   • Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Development & Family Science, Child Development, or related field Early Childhood Lead Teacher certified through Montana Childcare Licensing Minimum 3 years of experience as an early childhood (birth

Experience using Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies Gold The Successful Candidate Will Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and other departments and staff across campus. Be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as work effectively as a member of a team. Demonstrate competence organizing and prioritizing multiple work assignments, meeting deadlines, and exercising adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with and teachers, student employees, parents and community partners.
