Duties Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping maintain a calm, organized prepared Montessori environment. Engage with children during activities such as circle time, hands-on learning works, and outdoor play to promote their curiosity and development. Help keep classroom and materials clean, tidy and neat. Supervise children during transitions, meals, and outdoor activities to ensure safety and well-being. Collaborate with teachers to observe individual student progress and support personalized learning strategies. Communicate effectively with children parents and staff to foster a supportive community focused on childhood growth. Skills Experience working with children in childcare, Montessori preschool, or educational support roles. Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including Montessori methods and childhood development. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to assist in behavior management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development for literacy, math, and overall preschool education. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to enhance student learning experiences. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism is a plus. Demonstrated understanding of childhood behavior management techniques in diverse classroom environments. Passion for nurturing young learners' growth through engaging activities that support their social-emotional and academic development.
