The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children in our care, ensuring their well-being and promoting their growth through engaging activities and play. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring manner. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining hygiene. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social skills and emotional development. Maintain a clean and organized classroom or daycare environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Assist children with daily routines such as meals, naps, and playtime. Implement first aid procedures when necessary to ensure the safety of all children. Requirements Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or classroom settings is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Ability to provide care for infants and toddlers, including experience in infant care and toddler care. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff. CPR and First Aid certification is required; willingness to obtain certification promptly if not currently held. A genuine love for children and a commitment to fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
