Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and play-based learning. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Follow health, safety, and licensing guidelines and center policies. Collaborate with teaching staff and center leadership on program planning. Observe, document, and report on children's development and behavior. Participate in professional development and ongoing training.
