Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate floater to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and possess the ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students. This role involves managing classroom dynamics, assisting teachers, and fostering a supportive environment that promotes the growth and development of each child.
Responsibilities :
Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students. Provide support to teacher's and students as needed. Foster a nurturing environment that emphasizes childhood development, safety, and child welfare. Communicate with parents Classroom management. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning while ensuring compliance with daycare or preschool regulations. Requirements Proven experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that supports all students' learning needs.
