In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment tailored specifically for infants. As an Infant Teacher, you will play a vital part in shaping young minds through thoughtful instruction, attentive supervision, and compassionate care. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on infant development milestones and sensory exploration Provide attentive supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of infants at all times Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages curiosity, socialization, and emotional security Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and daily activities Maintain accurate records of infants' developmental progress, daily routines, and sleep charts Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid, CPR, and pediatric emergency procedures Requirements Prior experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting is highly preferred Knowledge of child development instruction and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid, CPR (including pediatric first aid), and mandated reporting laws is required or obtainable upon hire Strong classroom management skills with an emphasis on behavior management and positive reinforcement techniques Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patience and compassion for young children Familiarity with childhood development milestones and toddler care practices Join us to inspire early learning through energetic engagement, compassionate caregiving, and dedicated teaching!
