Job Description

We are a 5-Star licensed childcare facility seeking a caring, dependable, qualified, early education professional! We are a well-known full-day child care program, that values our families, children, and teachers, and we are seeking a full-time lead teacher to work with our 3/4 year olds. The ideal candidate must have a passion for early education, be willing to follow curriculum, enjoy hands-on learning, and like to think outside of the box. The ideal candidate will also meet one of the 5-Star education standards below: AAS or higher in
ECE/CD AND 1
year of early childhood work experience OR at least 6 months of coaching/mentoring for at least 5 hours per week Completion of all required ECE coursework for an AAS degree program an individual is enrolled in, without full completion of the degree AND 1 year of early childhood work experience Completion of at least 60 semester hours toward Bachelor's degree with at least 12 semester hours in
ECE/CD AND 2
years of early childhood work experience AAS or higher in any major with at least 12 semester hours in
ECE/CD AND 2
years of early childhood work experience OR at least 6 months of coaching/mentoring for at least 5 hours per week Our teachers are responsible for the overall care, wellbeing, and encouragement of all children. They are responsible for lesson planning, upholding state regulations and care guidelines. They are expected to be professional, implement a developmentally appropriate schedule with corresponding activities in the classroom while providing a safe, nurturing, and loving environment for children.
Additional Full-Time/Part-Time Qualifications:
