Hours would be Monday-Friday 2pm•5:30pm. This position would be ideal for a high school student.

Morning Position:

In this role, you will support children's developmental needs through attentive caregiving, educational activities, and positive interaction. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children across different age groups, including toddlers and preschools. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including administering first aid when necessary and maintaining a secure environment. Support children's emotional well-being through positive behavior management, encouragement, and nurturing interactions. Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices in accordance with best practices in daycare and childcare settings. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that arise during care hours. Maintain classroom organization, manage behavior effectively, and foster an inclusive environment that respects each child's unique needs.
