Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and personal growth of students. Duties Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing behavior management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements. Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events to contribute to the school community. Provide support for students with diverse needs, including those requiring additional assistance in areas such as childcare or early childhood education. Qualifications Must be 18 or older. Experience working on childcare. Knowledge of first aid practices is a plus. Strong skills in behavior management and classroom organization are essential. Previous experience in daycare or babysitting roles can be advantageous for understanding child development stages. A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential is essential. Must have EDU 119 or equivalent or the ability to obtain it. Able to pass a NC background check upon hire.
Pay:
