Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports individual child development needs Conduct child development assessments to monitor progress and tailor instructional strategies accordingly Engage in active communication with parents and guardians to share insights on their child's progress and address any concerns Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, activity setup, and transition management for toddlers and preschool-aged children Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with diverse learning needs Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of incidents and developmental milestones Maintain current certifications such as First Aid and CPR to ensure safety at all times Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or childcare settings is essential Demonstrated classroom management skills with the ability to foster a positive learning environment Experience developing curriculum content across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and childhood development instruction Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention programs is highly desirable Proven ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, and team members Familiarity with standardized testing processes and assessment tools used in early childhood settings Experience teaching physical education or tutoring young learners is an advantage Background in Montessori or other specialized early childhood educational philosophies is preferred Join us in shaping bright futures by providing high-quality early childhood education that inspires curiosity, confidence, and joy!
