Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and adapt instruction as needed. Build positive, professional relationships with families and communicate regularly. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards at all times. Collaborate with teaching staff and center leadership on programs and events. Participate in training and professional development to enhance teaching practice.
