Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and nurturing individual to join our childcare team as a teacher. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, supports their developmental needs, and creates a safe and engaging environment for learning and play. Key Responsibilities 1. Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. 2. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. 3. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. 4. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members. 5. Follow all center policies and state licensing requirements. 6. Participate in required training and professional development.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must have an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working with toddler aged children.
  • Willingness to complete a TB test and criminal background check.
  • Must be reliable, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with children.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Must be able to transition to and from the floor with ease.
Work Schedule:
  • This is a full-time position (35-40 hours a week).
  • Must be available until 6 every day.
Pay is based on education and experience!
