Job Description:
LeGrande Learning Center is seeking a dedicated, dependable, and nurturing individual to join our team as a Young Toddler Teacher . The ideal candidate will be patient, loving, and committed to supporting the growth and development of young children in a safe and positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. EDU 119 or willingness to obtain, with commitment to continuing education. Knowledge of child development and best practices for toddlers. Dependable, with strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Ability to implement lesson plans and engage children in developmentally appropriate activities. Must have (or be willing to obtain prior to employment): North Carolina Criminal Background Check Current physical and TB test
Schedule & Training:
Training required (evenings from 5:00-6:00 pm).
Work hours:
8:00 am - 5:00 pm (slightly earlier or later depending on classroom ratios).
Compensation:
$11.00 - $14.00 per hour, based on education and experience.
