Job Description

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our High Point center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You'll build strong relationships with children and families, maintain a well-organized classroom, and ensure compliance with all health and safety standards. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress and behavior. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Collaborate with center staff to align on curriculum and classroom practices. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Manage daily routines including meals, rest, and transitions. Engage families through regular updates and parent conferences as needed.
