KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Knightdale learning center. In this role, you'll create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where young children can explore, grow, and thrive. You will design developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and cognitive development, and maintain strong communication with families. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities. Supervise children to ensure safety, health, and wellbeing. Observe and document children's progress and development. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Maintain classroom cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate with co-teachers and center staff on curriculum and events. Support inclusion and respect for diverse backgrounds and abilities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Follow all center policies, licensing regulations, and procedures.
