Teddy & Friends is seeking a caring, dependable and enthusiastic Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young children and is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Pay & Schedule $16.00 per hour for applicants with a qualifying degree $13.00 per hour for applicants with an Early Childhood Credential Full-time, 40 hours per week Resonsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants and toddlers. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Follow daily feeding, diapering, rest and hygiene routines. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate professionally with parents and families. Work cooperatively with coworkers and administration. Follow center policies and North Carolina Division of Child Development rules and regulations. Qualifications Early Childhood Credential or Qualifying Degree Infant/Toddler Classroom Experience Preferred but will train. Dependable, punctual, patient, and professional. Available to work 40 hours per week. Able to meet applicable background check and training requirements. Training and Experience Applicants with an Early Childhood Credential or a qualifying degree are encouraged to apply. Previous Infant/Toddler Classroom experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide on-the-job training to qualified applicants who are dependable, eager to learn and passionate about working in the Early Childhood field.
