Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children at all times and follow safety protocols. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily activities. Observe, document, and support children's developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to maintain licensing and quality standards. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning materials. Participate in professional development and training.
