In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that nurture curiosity, social-emotional growth, and school readiness for young children. You will maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, document, and support children's developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to maintain licensing and quality standards. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning materials. Participate in professional development and training.
