Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Provide attentive supervision and care to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your charge. Foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages curiosity and learning. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area in accordance with safety standards. Collaborate with other staff members to develop educational programs and activities. Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance to promote positive social interactions. Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and safety protocols. Requirements Provide your WORKs qualification letter as part of your application. Prior experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with young children. Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children's needs. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety standards related to childcare environments. Pay:
