Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations at a busy convenience store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and food sales, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to lead a team effectively. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet targets
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and bank deposits
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in retail sales or management
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
