```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. ```Responsibilities```
  • Develop and implement daily lesson plans that align with the curriculum
  • Provide a variety of educational and recreational activities to promote the physical, social, and intellectual development of children
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
  • Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall well-being of the children
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations ```Requirements```
  • Previous experience working in a daycare or early childhood education setting
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with special education strategies is a plus
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and implement educational activities
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Proficient in math concepts for early childhood education
