Job Description
```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. ```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide a variety of educational and recreational activities to promote the physical, social, and intellectual development of children
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
- Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall well-being of the children
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations ```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in a daycare or early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies is a plus
- Strong ability to plan, organize, and implement educational activities
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Proficient in math concepts for early childhood education
