As an Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing the minds of our young learners, fostering their growth and development in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, focusing on cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development. Establish and maintain open communication with parents, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns or questions. Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Adhere to all childcare center policies and regulations.
Requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about working with toddlers and providing quality care. Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Must be able to complete mandatory trainings in a timely manner.
