Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting teachers in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities.
• Support classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed.
• Help with childcare duties such as supervising play time, getting lunches ready, and cleaning.
• Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with preschool or early childhood education principles.
• Knowledge of math concepts suitable for the age group being taught.
• Experience in private school environments is a plus.
• Ability to assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Understanding of childhood development stages and learning styles.
• Having a basic understanding of Montessori education is a plus.
