As our Executive Director / LNHA, you'll: Guide daily operations: Align clinical care, staffing, finances, and resident services around clear priorities.

Champion resident dignity:

Keep residents' needs, preferences, and quality of life at the center of decisions.

Support clinical excellence:

Work closely with nursing leadership to strengthen care outcomes and quality improvement.

Manage budgets, monitor results, and make thoughtful decisions about resources.

Maintain survey readiness:

Promote consistent regulatory compliance, accountability, and follow-through.

Build community relationships:

A commitment to resident-centered care and continuous improvement. Follow-through, accountability, and a willingness to listen. Prior skilled nursing leadership experience is preferred.
