Job Description

The Associate or Lead Teacher position is part of a multi-aged infant/toddler classroom (suite/team). The Associate or Lead Teacher is responsible for creating an engaging environment that allows children to freely explore. We believe that children have the RIGHT to: be heard an engaging learning environment depth of learning to feel their emotions learn through meaningful, experiential learning opportunities Opportunities to attend college courses to progress to Lead Teacher available (if applicable). You will work alongside another co-educator. This studio has 10-12 children enrolled at a time. Salary Commiserate with
Education/Experience:
35 to 40 hrs weekly; Benefits include amazing work environment and 13 days Paid Time Off (PTO) after one (1) year of service; nine (9) holidays and five (5) training days paid annually; Job Requirements Love of children and families
Qualifications:
Minimum of eighteen (18) years of age; CORI/Fingerprinting completed prior to final offer; Completed health form- physical within 12 months prior to date of hire; 9 and/or 18 college credits including child growth & development 2-3 year of relevant experience preferred Lead teacher candidates must have minimum of 12 ECE credits or a CDA Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
