As a Lead or Associate Early Learning Teacher, you'll have the chance to: Shape young minds: Work with children ranging from infants (6 weeks old) to kindergartners, helping to guide their emotional, social, and educational development. Create a positive classroom culture: Ensure your classroom is a welcoming, fun, and safe place for kids to learn and grow.Foster meaningful connections:
Build strong, caring relationships with children, families, and staff members.Encourage curiosity and exploration:
Plan and lead creative, hands-on activities that stimulate children's development and support their unique learning styles. Support each child's development: Help kids build essential skills like problem-solving, communication, and emotional regulation in a supportive, structured environment. Promote a healthy, balanced environment: Uphold the YMCA's core values of Caring, Respect, Honesty, and Responsibility in all aspects of your work.Minimum Qualifications:
Must meet the qualification standards set by the State of NH Childcare Licensing (this typically includes background checks and appropriate education/experience). This is a full-time, hourly position with shifts Mon-Fri 7am - 6pm.
